This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the ASO strategy for App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, and Microsoft Store.
• Develop and prioritize a continuous backlog for CRO testing, including A/B tests and store-page experiments.
• Leverage creative and competitive analysis to guide testing and optimization efforts.
• Lead the localization and cultural adaptation of store pages across key markets.
• Establish a unified franchise-level store identity and positioning throughout the portfolio.
• Monitor platform feature releases and store roll-outs for App Store, Google Play, Samsung, and Microsoft.
• Assess and manage involvement in platform growth and loyalty initiatives.
• Stay informed on changes to store algorithms, guidelines, and regulations, adjusting metadata and tactics accordingly.
• Drive keyword research, clustering, and metadata development for each store and local market.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for semantic expansion, metadata creation, and sentiment analysis.
• Optimize for AEO across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery methods.
• Collaborate with UA and Product teams to synchronize ASO efforts with paid strategies, creative themes, and update plans.
• Identify optimization opportunities and quick wins throughout the portfolio.
• Manage KPI reporting and conduct stakeholder check-ins.
• Oversee review and rating management while extracting sentiment and UX/product insights.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on ASO experience, preferably in the mobile gaming sector.
• A proven history of achieving measurable growth in store visibility, keyword rankings, and organic conversion rates across global markets.
• Strong understanding of mobile gaming audiences, their motivations, and current trends.
• Experience with casual or simulation games is highly advantageous.
• Excellent blend of analytical skills and creative intuition.
• Proficient in industry-standard ASO and analytics platforms such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, SplitMetrics, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with navigating platform program enrollment decisions is a significant advantage.
• Experience in review management is a plus.
