Asia Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Supervise small to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only product suites or projects.

• Offer direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources.

• Oversee project delivery while being accountable for profit and loss, as well as customer satisfaction.

• Cultivate specialized knowledge and act as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.

• Assist in the development of strategies and policies, ensuring effective delivery within your area of responsibility.

• Analyze data and leverage technical expertise to support decision-making and recommendations.

• Make informed decisions and address moderately complex issues related to operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

• Lead small projects with moderate risk levels and resource needs.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively and foster consensus.

• Persuade others on topics relevant to your field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management.

• Educational background equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma complemented by relevant experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.

• Proven ability to lead programs/projects successfully.

• Competent in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Well-established project management skills.

• Capacity to work across various time zones and manage communications outside normal working hours.
