Asesor(a) HFC – FULL TIME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide support to clients regarding technical inquiries related to cable, internet, and telephony.

• Carry out discards and implement specified procedures.

• Engage in 21 days of paid remote training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary Education qualifications.

• Provide technical support for cable, internet, and telephony through discards and specified procedures.

• Availability for evening shifts: 14:00 to 23:00 or 15:00 to 00:00.

• Willingness to work on a rotating rest schedule.

• Availability for training from Monday to Saturday from 1 PM to 8 PM (with a 1-hour break).
