Asesor UP Grade Móvil - Full Time/Semi Full

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers to enhance their mobile plans and provide additional lines.

• Present improved benefits and offers to boost mobile plan subscriptions.

• Provide extra lines to existing customers.

• Manage calls from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in call center sales, customer retention, customer service, or related fields; at least 3 months.

• Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical and/or university studies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at a user level.

• Customer-oriented approach.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong negotiation abilities.
