Asesor – Up Grade

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to clients to enhance their plans with better benefits

• Participate in remote training sessions

• Work full-time from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or in a semi-full schedule from Monday to Saturday during one of the shifts: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 3 months of experience in a call center

• Have your own tools, either a PC or laptop

• Have a wired internet connection

• Be available for training sessions from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the camera on

• Hold a secondary education diploma

• Professional experience of less than 1 year
