This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.

• Join the remote management team.

• Participate in remote training sessions.

• Adhere to scheduled hours based on full-time or part-time modality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 3 months of experience in a call center environment.

• Have your own tools, either a PC or laptop.

• Maintain a wired internet connection.

• Be available for training sessions from 9 AM to 4 PM with the camera on.

• Have completed secondary education.

• Professional experience: less than 1 year.
