Asesor de Ventas – Turno Tarde

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide advice and conduct sales

• Serve as a sales advisor for the afternoon shift

• Manage an 8-hour workday plus a 1-hour break

• Contact and assist clients through remote work, calls, and WhatsApp

• Achieve sales targets and results

• Participate in training and development programs

• Work at Konecta, connecting businesses with their customers through human agents and AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary Education

• Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset

• Proficient in PC usage at a user level

• Experience in cross-selling or sales (desirable)

• Availability to work the afternoon shift

• Full-time availability in the afternoon: Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• 8-hour workday with a 1-hour break

• Mode: Remote work
