Asesor de Ventas - Incentivos, Convenios, Bonos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both customers and non-customers of ENTEL

• Offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines

• Provide information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits

• Achieve the established sales targets

• Accurately record sales in the system

• Provide friendly and courteous customer service

• Participate in 11 days of paid training

• Engage in sales reinforcements 1 to 3 times a week during business hours

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Must be over 18 years old

• No prior experience is necessary

• Laptop or PC required

• Intel i3/i5/i7 processor of 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable

• Windows 10 or higher

• Webcam

• Headset or headphones with a microphone and USB connection

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, dynamic
