This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage sales as a sales advisor in a call center

• Assist interested customers

• Develop in sales and increase revenue through results

• Work remotely from Monday to Saturday

• Complete a shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., consisting of 7 hours of management and 1 hour of break

• Participate in remote and paid training sessions

• Contribute to A365's business objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Professional experience: less than 1 year

• Positive attitude and results-oriented

• Empathy and passion for sales

• Commitment and desire for professional growth

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, with rotating days off between Saturday and Sunday
