This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers via WhatsApp to renew their equipment

• Provide an additional line and mobile insurance

• Manage written communication channels for Claro Perú

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience required

• Must have a PC or Laptop and wired internet

• High School education

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Fixed day off on Sundays
