This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage customer support through social media and online platforms.

• Perform customer service tasks and engage in cross-selling activities.

• Work from home during the afternoon/evening shift.

• Participate in a 22-day training program.

• Receive and utilize the company's computer during the on-the-job training (OJT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Have a computer or laptop in good working condition to participate in the training process.

• Have a wired internet connection.

• Completed secondary education.

• No professional experience required.

• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts with fixed schedules from 1pm to 10pm, 2pm to 11pm, or 3pm to 12am.

• 22-day training program from 2pm to 10pm.
