Asesor de Canales Escritos, Redes Sociales – Turno Mañana

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through written channels and social media.

• Serve as a customer service advisor during morning shifts.

• Engage in remote training sessions.

• Work 6 days with a rotating rest schedule.

• Adhere to a work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Manage customer service interactions while utilizing communication and negotiation skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Lima and nearby areas.

• Availability to work REMOTELY.

• For training: must have a PC/laptop (Core i5, 8GB RAM) with a webcam.

• Must have a stable fixed internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download speed).

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.

• Strong communication skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Negotiation abilities.

• Availability to work 6 days a week.

• Completed secondary education.

• No professional experience required.
