Asesor de ATC, full time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls from Claro customers

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Conduct commercial management during customer interactions

• Work from Monday to Sunday in a rotating PM schedule

• Complete a shift of 7 hours and 30 minutes plus a 45-minute break, with a rotating rest period

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center

• PC or Laptop with Windows 10

• 8 GB RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• Headset with USB connection

• Completed Secondary Education
