Asesor Comercial Portabilidad Hogar

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Attract clients to facilitate their enrollment with Claro Hogar services.

• Provide commercial advice on fixed-line portability.

• Manage calls and offer remote telephone support.

• Participate in paid remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

• Work in the afternoon shift, either full-time or part-time, based on the chosen modality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Formal or informal experience in customer service or sales: 3 months.

• Have a computer or laptop for remote work.

• Windows 11 Pro operating system.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection.

• Webcam and headphones.

• Possess all specified technical tools.

• Availability for afternoon shifts and time off between Thursday and Sunday.

• A positive attitude and a desire to grow and establish a career path.
