Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL.

• Offer new lines, portability options, and additional lines.

• Participate in theoretical, practical, and on-the-job training.

• Develop commercial skills for the ENTEL Outbound Telemarketing campaign.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Negotiation skills.

• Sales closure skills.

• Sales management experience.

• Experience in telemarketing.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or PC with an SSD.

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• USB headset.

• Webcam.

• Must maintain the same equipment used for the technical review.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• During training, must have the camera on.
