Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide portability services for Entel Perú

• Assist and advise customers through a call center

• Work from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM

• Fulfill 7.15 hours of work plus a 45-minute break

• Participate in paid remote training

• Manage indicators and achieve commercial objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing or incomplete university or technical studies

• Availability to work from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Call Center or in-person sales (preferred)

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 70 Mbps

• Secondary education

• Availability to work 100% remotely
