Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct asbestos surveys and sampling at client locations throughout the UK, starting primarily with domestic properties.

• Safely collect samples of suspected materials and accurately document findings according to job instructions and internal protocols.

• Evaluate identified asbestos hazards.

• Advise clients on the suitable removal or safe management of asbestos.

• Offer continuous support to assist clients in maintaining compliance with legal and safety obligations.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

• Ensure clear communication and prompt reporting.

• Address and resolve issues that arise on-site.

⛳️ Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying or P402 Qualification.

• Valid Full Driving License for use within the UK.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in Asbestos Surveying.

• Technical expertise in asbestos surveying.

• A safety-oriented and detail-focused mindset.

• Capability to work independently and travel to client sites across the UK.

• Proficiency in assessing asbestos risks and offering practical, compliant advice.

• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and project teams.
