Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform asbestos surveys and collect samples at client locations throughout the UK.

• Initially focus on domestic properties.

• Execute asbestos surveys and safely gather samples of suspected materials.

• Precisely document findings in accordance with job specifications and internal protocols.

• Evaluate identified asbestos hazards.

• Provide clients with advice on suitable asbestos removal or safe management strategies.

• Offer ongoing assistance to ensure clients remain compliant.

• Work collaboratively with clients and project teams.

• Maintain effective communication and ensure timely reporting.

• Address and resolve on-site challenges.

• Assist clients in fulfilling their legal and safety obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying or P402 Qualification.

• Valid Driving License for use within the UK.

• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in Asbestos Surveying.

• Strong technical knowledge, safety-oriented, and highly detail-focused.

• Confident in working independently and traveling to client sites.

• Skilled in assessing asbestos risks and providing practical, compliant advice.

• Professional demeanor.

• Capable of conducting asbestos surveys and safely sampling suspect materials.

• Proficient in accurately recording findings according to job instructions and internal procedures.

• Able to collaborate with clients and project teams effectively.

• Competent in providing timely reports and resolving on-site issues.
