Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct asbestos surveys and sampling at client locations throughout the UK

• Focus primarily on residential properties

• Safely collect samples of suspected materials

• Precisely document findings in accordance with job specifications and internal protocols

• Evaluate identified asbestos hazards

• Offer guidance to clients regarding suitable removal or safe management strategies

• Provide continuous support to assist clients in maintaining compliance

• Work collaboratively with clients and project teams

• Ensure effective communication and prompt reporting

• Address and resolve on-site challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification

• Valid Full Driving License for use in the UK

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in Asbestos Surveying

• Strong technical understanding of asbestos surveying

• Safety-oriented and exceptionally detail-focused

• Capability to work independently and travel to client sites

• Proficient in assessing asbestos risks and providing practical, compliant recommendations

• Professional demeanor

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
