Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform asbestos surveys and sampling at client locations throughout the UK

• Initially focus on residential properties

• Execute asbestos surveys and safely collect samples of suspected materials

• Meticulously document findings in accordance with job specifications and internal protocols

• Evaluate identified asbestos hazards

• Provide clients with guidance on suitable removal methods or safe management strategies

• Offer continuous support to ensure clients remain compliant

• Work collaboratively with clients and project teams

• Maintain effective communication, timely reporting, and resolution of any on-site challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification

• Valid Full Driving License for use in the UK

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in Asbestos Surveying

• Technically proficient, safety-conscious, and extremely detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and traveling to client sites

• Capable of assessing asbestos risks and offering practical, compliant recommendations

• Skilled in conducting asbestos surveys, safely sampling suspected materials, and accurately documenting findings

• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
