Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute asbestos surveys and sampling at client locations throughout the UK

• Perform asbestos surveys, safely collect samples of suspected materials, and meticulously document findings in accordance with job specifications and internal protocols

• Evaluate identified asbestos-related risks

• Counsel clients on suitable removal methods or safe management practices

• Offer continuous support to ensure compliance

• Collaborate effectively with clients and project teams

• Guarantee clear communication, prompt reporting, and resolution of on-site concerns

• Initially focus on residential properties

⛳️ Requirements

• RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying OR P402 Qualification

• Valid Full Driving License for use in the UK

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in Asbestos Surveying

• Technically proficient, safety-conscious, and exceptionally detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites

• Capability to assess asbestos risks and provide practical, compliant recommendations

• Professional demeanor

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
