This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of packaging projects for designated clients
• Track and communicate project milestones and progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution
• Collaborate with Brand Development to address and resolve project challenges
• Supervise the entire packaging artwork workflow
• Manage high-volume project schedules, planning, task management, priorities, and deadlines
• Act as a liaison among management, internal departments, and clients to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Coordinate the production of artwork and prepress, including pre-production discussions
• Interpret client instructions into measurable communications for end users
• Lead or engage in project meetings and oversee action items
• Manage projects and approval routing using workflow tools
• Develop and improve workflow processes while optimizing project organization
• Set up projects and approvers, and onboard users of workflow tools
• Create estimates and oversee purchase orders
• Ensure technical and content accuracy of provided artwork
• Enhance and implement quality-control processes
• Report production challenges and support ongoing improvement initiatives
• Monitor color quality, timelines, and corrective measures
• Cultivate client relationships, anticipate needs, measure satisfaction, and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe certification is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of artwork management systems
• Capable of working effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
• Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels, as well as printers and suppliers
• Must possess a forward-thinking and improvement-oriented mindset
• Entry-level position; 2-3 years of equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, project management, or Project Management Certification is a plus
• Experience in packaging, artwork, creative project management, print, production, design, the art industry, pre-press, or color management theory is beneficial
• High School diploma or higher
