This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop task-oriented and conversational agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio along with Azure AI services.
• Integrate agents seamlessly with Beastro microservices and APIs to ensure secure and reliable tool execution.
• Construct and enhance end-to-end automations using Power Automate, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
• Incorporate AI functionalities into Beastro user journeys, offering guided assistance, knowledge retrieval, and decision-making support.
• Create automated test harnesses for agents and workflows, including synthetic data generation, unit/integration testing, regression packs, and non-functional tests.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) using platform telemetry.
• Employ Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Search/vectorization patterns for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and grounded responses.
• Govern data products and features utilized by agents.
• Implement role-based access, environmental strategies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data residency controls, and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to align automations with financial services standards such as Nacha/ACH and NCUA/FFIEC.
• Develop reusable connectors, APIs, and solution components.
• Manage secrets, certificates, and identities using OAuth 2.0/OIDC protocols.
• Contribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), environment promotion, and change management for AI solutions.
• Resolve incidents across agents, workflows, and data pipelines.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using runbooks and dashboards.
• Generate and maintain solution design documents, data dictionaries, prompt/grounding specifications, and operational guides.
• Provide knowledge transfer to operations and business teams.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and AI Builder.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Experience using Teams/Graph connectors.
• Practical experience in designing RAG solutions, including embedding generation, chunking strategies, grounding, and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of secure action and connector patterns for agents.
• Proficiency with REST/JSON APIs.
• Familiarity with eventing and webhooks.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0/OIDC identity management.
• Experience in secrets management.
• Knowledge of telemetry and observability tools, including App Insights and Log Analytics.
• Scripting/programming skills in Python, C#/.NET, or TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Power Fx for Power Platform components.
• Strong understanding of testing automation for workflows and agents, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Knowledge of environmental strategies and managed solution packaging.
• Understanding of data governance, DLP, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and responsible-AI principles for production workloads in the financial sector.
• Experience with UIPath is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in building AI-enabled solutions or intelligent automations utilizing Microsoft’s cloud and Power Platform.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing production automations or agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure AI.
• Experience integrating AI into digital products, ideally in the fintech or credit union sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering secure, compliant, and observable AI/automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
