Art Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, and design content independently based on strategic guidelines.

• Collaborate with senior art team members and copywriters to create concepts and layouts for client projects, in-house initiatives, and new business opportunities.

• Prepare comprehensive layouts and storyboards.

• Ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Work alongside the in-house art department/studio and external suppliers to finalize comps.

• Partner with editorial and project management teams to adhere to deadlines.

• Gain a thorough understanding of assigned products and categories.

• Address challenges and effectively communicate solutions.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently under stringent deadlines.

• Coordinate with relevant departments, providing status updates to enhance workflow efficiencies.

• Transform initial concepts into finished products.

• Supervise and mentor entry-level designers/art directors; delegate tasks and outsource freelancers as needed.

• Oversee the overall quality of the agency's creative output while offering guidance and leadership.

• Present creative work during client meetings as required.

• Engage in new business initiatives as necessary.

• Cultivate positive relationships between the creative team and other functional areas of the agency, including account management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field of study.

• A minimum of 6-10 years of creative experience, including at least 4 years in pharmaceutical advertising.

• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sectors is preferred.

• Strong customer service abilities with a dedication to delivering superior quality.

• Exceptional skills in creative presentation.

• Must exhibit self-motivation, professionalism, attention to detail, and possess outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.

• Advanced experience with PC or Mac systems, including all Adobe Creative Suite applications and MS Office Suite.
