Arquitecto de Soluciones – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage performance-related tickets using ServiceNow.

• Configure solutions in QA environments for performance testing execution.

• Collaborate with TPS (Transactions Per Second) to establish testing conditions.

• Monitor metrics and solution behavior during testing phases.

• Analyze observability metrics to ensure values remain within expected parameters.

• Adjust CPU and memory settings when values exceed established limits.

• Work with trace information and response times from various microservices.

• Operate in a banking environment focused on configuring, monitoring, and analyzing solutions for performance testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Argentina.

• Solid experience with microservices.

• Proficiency in event-driven architectures using Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, Networking, and Security.

• Familiarity with AWS / EKS.

• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

• Understanding of Loki.

• Knowledge of performance and performance testing.

• Experience with ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with Jenkins.
