Area Visual Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement seasonal and campaign visual merchandising strategies across retailers within the assigned territory.

• Assume responsibility for branded environments while enhancing performance and driving commercial success.

• Document impacts and findings using the internal reporting tool and Microsoft Teams.

• Cultivate relationships with retail management and in-store personnel through coaching and store walkthroughs.

• Engage in team meetings and conference calls to comprehend client briefs and provide escalations from stores.

• Gather concise, realistic, and timely insights from the shop floor.

• Influence in-store layout decisions based on directives and product availability from retailers.

• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure a consistent on-brand shopping experience.

• Design compelling Shop-In-Shop consumer experiences that highlight category presentation.

• Execute marketing initiatives in accordance with client specifications.

• Attend visual merchandising meetings and participate in product training sessions.

• Assist with quarterly showroom setups when needed.

• Involve in ad hoc projects, openings of new stores, and resets across concept stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated regional visual merchandising experience, preferably in apparel.

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English is required.

• Solid numeracy, literacy, and both verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel across the territory.

• Must have access to a personal vehicle.

• Ability to work on occasional weekends.

• Flexibility to adjust working hours in alignment with campaign launches, planned layout modifications, and out-of-store opportunities.
