• Oversee sales and business development initiatives for the Cleaning Workspace Safety sector in India.

• Advocate brand experience concepts among facilities management companies, building service contractors, quick service restaurants, hotels, and commercial properties throughout the Southern region.

• Enhance market presence and appoint resellers in the rural markets of South India.

• Comprehend customer challenges, assess needs, and create innovative solutions.

• Broaden the customer and channel network.

• Discover new segments and introduce new products.

• Cultivate and sustain key account relationships.

• Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety ethos by adhering to safety protocols, recognizing hazards, and supporting ongoing improvements.

• Proven experience and capability to conduct sales and business development activities in India.

• Proficient in promoting brand experience concepts to facilities management companies, building service contractors, quick service restaurants, hotels, and commercial properties.

• Skilled in penetrating and appointing resellers in the rural markets of South India.

• Competent in understanding customer challenges and formulating innovative solutions.

• Capable of expanding the customer and channel base.

• Able to identify new segments and promote new products.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining key account relationships.
