This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement multi-channel market development strategies to discover new customers, markets, and sales opportunities.
• Identify and pursue avenues to establish or expand prospect relationships while introducing new Winpak solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Apply a consultative sales approach tailored to customer and prospect challenges.
• Present Winpak’s integrated value proposition, which includes hardware, consumables, services, and packaging solutions.
• Illustrate total cost of ownership, ROI, and long-term value to customers.
• Cultivate multi-level relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
• Oversee customer order modifications, timelines, and product specifications.
• Prepare and process customer orders to align with production and shipping expectations.
• Ensure pricing consistency in accordance with published guidelines or customer quotations.
• Work in conjunction with the Winpak Graphics Department on customer graphic requests.
• Assist with collections on receivables and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate any changes in orders and requirements to customers and internal teams.
• Address customer complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Comply with budgets and company policies while traveling within the designated territory.
• Maximize sales opportunities, provide sales forecasts, and participate in trade shows and seminars.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, closing deals, and achieving or surpassing sales targets within the food and beverage market.
• At least 3 years of experience in establishing long-term client relationships in a B2B setting.
• Over 2 years of experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to monitor sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 50% of the time, within the assigned territory.
• Preferably, 3+ years of experience in the packaging industry.
• Experience with food and beverage products is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and sales support is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel purposes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, especially in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or a related discipline.
