This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Drive sales activities for ACO Building Drainage within a designated territory or region.
• Pursue leads and pinpoint potential projects.
• Provide support to both internal and external clients.
• Create repeatable sales strategies and contribute to team objectives.
• Oversee and assess sales performance within the territory.
• Surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
• Evaluate ACO distributor performance in relation to Distributor Agreements.
• Lead weekly review meetings with ISR and CSR, acting as the captain of the sales team.
• Identify, track, manage, and finalize significant regional projects utilizing Microsoft Dynamics.
• Seek out new opportunities through platforms such as Google, CMD, LinkedIn, and other resources.
• Prepare and dispatch submittal packages upon receipt of purchase orders.
• Establish product specifications for ACO through collaboration with architects, engineers, and design/build firms.
• Analyze and relay customer/client needs to customer service, building drainage, or technical service departments.
• Provide Marketing with photographs and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues.
• Engage in regional budget planning.
• Attend and organize trade shows.
• Train and manage manufacturer representatives or showroom/wholesale accounts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field; or an associate degree with relevant experience; or a one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training.
• At least one year of prior inside sales experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Capability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, blueprints, and requests for proposals.
• Proficient in writing professional correspondence and effectively speaking before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to perform calculations with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, discounts, and margins.
• Capacity to apply common-sense understanding to written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, databases, file management, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skill in creating documents and transferring files.
• Keyboarding speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft professional programs.
• Proficient in using video conferencing equipment.
• Excellent skills in punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Willingness to travel daily and spend the majority of the day in a vehicle.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend on a daily basis.
• Valid driver's license with no major driving infractions.
• Ability to operate a computer for 1-2 hours each day.
• Capacity to lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
