Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.

• Identify sales leads and reach out to assigned accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers.

• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners.

• Engage with dealer partners via phone or in person regarding ongoing programs.

• Train dealers on Western Funding and the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.

• Identify, onboard, and manage growth opportunities with dealers in the local area.

• Report directly to Regional Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales principles.

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within an Automotive Dealership.

• 1–2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven history of success.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies.

• Robust computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealers.

• Comfortable working remotely and while on the road.
