This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve monthly sales, volume, and distribution objectives.
• Develop distribution networks within the designated Texas territory through relationships with retailers, distributors, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Establish new retail accounts and enhance existing ones by adding SKUs, improving facings, optimizing cooler placements, implementing displays, and executing promotions.
• Oversee, inspire, and lead distributor field sales teams.
• Conduct route rides with distributor partners and brokers.
• Manage and cultivate key retail chain relationships, focusing on launches, promotions, and retail execution.
• Ensure product placements and maintain visibility within stores.
• Plan and carry out in-store samplings, demos, and local activations.
• Monitor inventory levels and the usage of point-of-sale materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and field teams to enhance brand awareness and market share initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of key accounts and relationships with decision-makers.
• Analyze territory performance and provide weekly reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Participate in sales and distributor management meetings.
• Track market metrics and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
• Assist in managing the budget for incentives, branded merchandise, and sales expenses.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage or CPG sales.
• Strong grasp of retail execution, distribution strategies, and customer behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with retailers, distributors, and field teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to analyze opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75–85% field-based, including occasional overnight travel).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or possess current authorization to work in the United States on a valid visa.
