This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee, coordinate, organize, and manage the activities of designated sales representatives within a particular region.

• Provide objectives, training, guidance, customer service strategies, and regional support to the sales team.

• Evaluate market conditions and execute marketing strategies.

• Create sales forecasts and reports, collaborating on both short-term and long-term sales objectives.

• Identify essential sales-force competencies and allocate sales territories accordingly.

• Review and audit expense reports while managing the sales budget.

• Enhance territory profit margins and stimulate sales growth through training and coaching initiatives.

• Recruit, train, assess, and evaluate the performance of staff members.

• Mentor and guide the work group, prioritizing workload and resources effectively.

• Engage with department heads, sales personnel, vendors, and clients to uphold service quality and discover sourcing opportunities.

• Organize special events and create marketing materials.

• Assist the Division Vice President in various tasks.

• Prepare competitive quotes and assess as well as recommend special discounts.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in industrial sales.

• A minimum of three (3) years of management experience.

• Capability to establish clear directives.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain strong customer knowledge and relationships.

• Proficiency in delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for their completion.

• Experience with fluid power systems, applications, and design.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Supervisory responsibility for 5–10 direct reports.
