Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Investigate, onboard, and establish new direct auto dealers

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealers

• Provide training for dealer staff

• Keep senior management informed on industry developments

• Resolve dealer service-related issues

• Manage risks associated with the role

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

• Oversee the operational and direct auto purchase sales activities within a designated metropolitan area

• Proactively pursue new vendors to join Lendmark Financial Services' dealer network to enhance direct auto lending

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

• 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales or a related field

• Proficient in product/service presentations, negotiations, and final closings

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and working with minimal supervision

• Self-motivated

• Effective in dealer support and retention strategies
