This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive revenue generation and implement sales strategies within the assigned geographical region.
• Showcase products to prospective clients and analyze consumer demographics.
• Suggest marketing and sales tactics to enhance product visibility.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within the territory.
• Generate leads via in-person visits and telephone cold calls.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and additional services.
• Represent Alma Lasers at conventions and events.
• Guide customers through the sales process and finalize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Leverage company resources, reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnel to meet territory goals.
• Promote cross-selling of products.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external sales representatives.
• Fulfill company Customer Care and Finance obligations.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline reports to the Regional Sales Director using Salesforce CRM.
• Establish relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice medical professionals.
• Support Territory Sales Managers in closing sales deals.
• Mentor and provide assistance to Territory Sales Managers.
• Maintain a sales quota in the seven-figure range.
• High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical or capital sales field.
• Experience in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient in communication.
• Capability to retain substantial amounts of information.
• Positive demeanor and approach towards job duties and the Alma team.
• Competence in Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Must possess the ability to close sales effectively.
• Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Capability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds.
• Willingness to travel 60% as necessary.
