This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement quarterly business strategies to meet capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
• Create and uphold a strategic territory plan that encompasses account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, and prioritization of launches.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic decision-makers.
• Facilitate discussions and demonstrations regarding product, technical, and clinical aspects for the evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Articulate value propositions and collaborate with sales leadership on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate readiness for post-sale installation, training, launch support, and plans for adoption.
• Assist customers in achieving their clinical, operational, and economic objectives while enhancing utilization and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education, account development, and growth in utilization.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products, kidney stone treatment workflows, customer economics, and competitive developments.
• Operate in adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, business-to-business sales, or related fields is necessary for entry-level positions.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is preferred for more senior roles.
• Preferred experience includes at least 2 years in capital equipment sales, complex medical sales, or equivalent roles.
• Capability to learn and convey technical product information, clinical concepts, and economic value to physicians and economic buyers.
• Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy.
• Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or operating room-based selling is preferred.
• Ability to work in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, attend live patient cases, and utilize required protective gear.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 75% within the designated territory.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Ability to function in a regulated environment while complying with applicable quality and healthcare industry standards.
