This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and implement quarterly business strategies aimed at achieving sales for capital systems, enhancing procedural growth, and meeting disposable revenue objectives.
• Develop and sustain strategic territory plans, which encompass account segmentation, management of the sales funnel, updates on forecasts, and prioritization of product launches.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic decision-makers.
• Facilitate product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to evaluate, convert, and adopt Monarch Urology solutions.
• Articulate value propositions and collaborate with sales leadership on pricing, program terms, and commercial tactics.
• Oversee readiness for post-sale installations, training, launch support, and plans for adoption.
• Assist clients in achieving their clinical, operational, and financial objectives while enhancing utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative to provide referral education, develop accounts, and drive utilization growth.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Monarch Urology products, kidney stone treatment workflows, client economics, and competitive dynamics.
• Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical device sales, business-to-business sales, or a related field is essential for entry-level positions; 4 or more years is preferred for senior roles.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital equipment sales, complex medical sales, or similar fields is preferred.
• Capability to learn and convey technical product details, clinical concepts, and economic value to healthcare professionals and economic buyers.
• Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy.
• Background in urology, endourology, robotics, or sales within operating room settings is preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, including attending live patient cases and utilizing necessary protective gear.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 75% within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to operate within a regulated environment while adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards.
• Regular travel throughout the designated territory and direct interactions with customers in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and procedural environments.
