This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and oversee US field representatives.

• Guide direct reports in achieving annual targets through business acumen, product knowledge, and market intelligence enhancement.

• Spearhead opportunity development and manage forecasting strategies for the designated region.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on clinical and commercial business strategies, competitive benchmarks, mobilization tactics, and initiatives.

• Organize and execute activities to communicate expectations, share information, and transfer skills effectively.

• Achieve forecasting, trial enrollment, and anticipated revenue goals while managing regional expenses.

• Create talent initiatives to enhance productivity, build a strong organizational bench, and support talent cross-pollination.

• Lead strategy and customer relationship development with key regional clients and integrated delivery networks.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key opinion leaders, major medical associations, and centers of academic excellence.

• Work with internal stakeholders and peers to identify trends that align with business objectives.

• Conduct and assess market research on customer and competitor activities.

• Formulate and implement market development plans and strategies.

• Evaluate customer needs and feedback on new or modified products, relaying insights to R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

• Prepare regular reports analyzing business performance.

• Conduct product presentations or training sessions to promote customer adoption and utilization.

• Support business initiatives that enhance training capabilities and outcomes for Sales, Marketing, Clinical Regulatory, and Research and Development.

• Manage, train, and develop territorial managers and field clinical representatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) of relevant work experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in medical sales, including significant sales and leadership experience.

• Proven history of surpassing assigned quotas and/or business objectives.

• Experience in the structural heart and/or Cardiac Rhythm Disease management/Electrophysiology fields is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.

• Proven ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed, and geographically diverse environment.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to senior management.

• Documented success in selling to and influencing C-level and executive stakeholders as well as complex customers.

• Proven capability to create and deliver high-level presentations and professional correspondence.

• Ability to address practical problems and navigate various concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

• Exhibited positive and constructive attitude that fosters team cooperation in achieving company goals.

• Strong understanding of healthcare/reimbursement policies, competitive landscapes, and their implications for providers.

• Ability to establish robust relationships with key opinion leaders to support marketing efforts.

• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams with or without direct authority.

• Demonstrated qualities of a transformational leader capable of guiding others through corporate and environmental changes and challenges.

• Well-developed organizational and time management skills.

• Must fulfill all credentialing requirements mandated by healthcare facilities and clients.

• Must successfully complete all pre-employment drug, background, and reference checks.

• A valid state-issued driver's license is required.

• Ability to operate a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel by commercial air up to 50%, including weekends, overnight stays, and international trips.

• Capability to stand, walk, and sit; communicate verbally; use hands to manipulate objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.

• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
