Area Reservations Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Deliver a genuine, informative, and personalized experience for guest resort reservations.

• Precisely enter guest contact details.

• Document previous stay experiences, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant information in guest history.

• Address inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, accommodations, pricing, and special offers.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, operating hours, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa offerings, availability, events, directions, and local services.

• Assist in effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Work collaboratively with guest service team members and other departments to address challenges and surpass guest expectations.

• Ensure accurate and efficient billing and financial transactions for guests.

• Promote additional services and offerings while informing guests about resort amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, ideally within a luxury resort.

• Proficient in crafting professional business correspondence.

• Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities.

• Strong phone etiquette and the capacity to engage positively with every guest.

• Ability to work harmoniously with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
