📋 Description

• Provide a genuine, informative, and tailored experience for guests during their resort reservations.

• Enter guest contact details with precision.

• Include prior stay experiences, significant occasions, preferences, and other relevant information in the guest history.

• Address inquiries regarding room bookings, availability, accommodations, pricing, and special promotions.

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, services, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa offerings, availability, events, directions, and local amenities.

• Assist in effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Work collaboratively with the guest service team and other departments to tackle challenges and surpass guest expectations.

• Accurately and efficiently process guest billing and financial transactions.

• Promote services and offerings while informing guests about resort amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, ideally within a luxury resort.

• Capability to draft professional business correspondence.

• Exceptional interpersonal and sales abilities.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to engage positively with every guest.

• Ability to work harmoniously with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.

• Must reside in one of the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, or Tennessee.
