Area Manager – Non-Prod

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or several branch offices.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and coach team members at the branch.

• Drive an increase in annual closed loan volume while fully adhering to laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.

• Manage branch operations and budgetary expenses.

• Hire branch personnel following Company hiring guidelines and procedures.

• Supervise daily operations of branch offices.

• Direct the work of branch employees.

• Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

• Make decisions regarding hiring and termination of staff.

• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning mortgage lending.

• Participate in management decisions and initiatives across the entire region.

• Act as a liaison between branches, the regional office, and the corporate headquarters.

• Ensure compliance across all divisions in the area.

• Enhance the Company’s reputation both nationally and locally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required.

• A comprehensive understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from the application stage to the delivery of the loan package to an investor.
