This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Take ownership of portfolio financial performance by achieving occupancy and NOI targets.
• Manage costs, enhance collections, and implement strategic revenue initiatives.
• Deliver precise and timely operational and financial reports to regional leadership.
• Formulate and execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market conditions, competitor insights, and market surveys.
• Perform regular visual inspections of properties, including grounds, buildings, and units.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors while ensuring vacant units are prepared for occupancy.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across various properties.
• Ensure adherence to fair housing laws and state-specific regulations.
• Promote resident retention, lease renewals, community involvement, and superior customer service.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of on-site teams.
• Facilitate daily and weekly team meetings.
• Establish expectations, encourage accountability, and cultivate a culture of recognition and development.
• Provide hands-on leadership to multiple properties while collaborating with regional leadership.
• Candidates must reside within the Greater St. Louis Area.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily sector is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAM, RMP, ARM, or CMCA are advantageous.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is necessary.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and ADP is required.
• Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI is a plus.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales are essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of fair housing regulations is required.
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to travel occasionally for company events or meetings is necessary.
• Willingness to engage in team functions and regional or company activities is essential.
• Capability to perform regular sitting, standing, walking, and occasional climbing.
• Proficient in using computers and telephones for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions is required.
