Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Thames Valley region, which encompasses around 23 dental practices.

• Foster sustainable business development while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

• Manage the financial performance of the area, optimizing revenue and EBITDA.

• Provide strong leadership to Practice Managers and their respective teams.

• Promote effective operational execution and stringent cost management.

• Collaborate with Clinical leaders and colleagues aligned with the region.

• Enhance performance across all practices.

• Guarantee outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.

• Encourage high levels of colleague engagement and operational excellence.

• Meet financial and strategic goals.

• Travel frequently to various practices throughout the Thames Valley region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading multiple sites in a customer-centric, commercial setting.

• Strong background in P&L management.

• Proficiency in understanding and analyzing data to inform decisions and drive results.

• Proven experience in inspiring and motivating remote teams.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage high-pressure situations and effectively resolve issues.

• Confidence and presence to lead, influence, and engage with stakeholders.

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities.
