Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee approximately 25 dental practices in the South East region.

• Drive sustainable business growth within the area.

• Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of patient care.

• Manage the financial performance of the region.

• Maximize revenue and EBITDA through effective operational execution, strong leadership, and stringent cost management.

• Lead and nurture Practice Managers along with their respective teams.

• Collaborate with Clinical leaders and colleagues aligned regionally.

• Propel performance across all practices.

• Guarantee exceptional patient outcomes and remarkable patient experiences.

• Foster high levels of colleague engagement and operational excellence.

• Meet both financial and strategic objectives.

• Track EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Travel frequently to various practices throughout the South East.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a customer-oriented, commercial setting.

• Strong background in P&L management.

• Proficient in understanding and analyzing data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.

• Proven experience in team leadership, including the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.

• Confidence and presence to lead, influence, and engage with stakeholders.

• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage shifting priorities seamlessly.
