This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Zimbabwe, +2 more countries.
• Achieve student recruitment objectives, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence throughout Southern Africa.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with both regional and global goals.
• Recognize emerging opportunities, track market trends, and deliver valuable market insights.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with educational agents and recruitment partners.
• Facilitate partner training sessions, conduct performance evaluations, and engage in business planning activities.
• Identify and nurture high-performing partners while ensuring adherence to Navitas standards.
• Represent Navitas at recruitment fairs, school visits, industry gatherings, and partner meetings.
• Establish connections with schools, universities, counselors, and key stakeholder networks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Navitas and its partner institutions.
• Seek out and pursue new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and initiatives for market expansion.
• Lead innovative recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Promote a student-first approach to enhance conversion, retention, progression, and overall student satisfaction.
• Manage inquiries from prospective students.
• Analyze recruitment performance, market trends, and partner activities.
• Prepare reports and insights to inform business decisions.
• Maintain precise recruitment records and pipeline data using CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, institutional, and visa requirements.
• Advocate for ethical recruitment practices and adherence to industry best practices.
• Stay updated on market developments, immigration policies, and trends in international education.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, international relations, or a related field.
• Experience in student recruitment, business development, sales, or partnership management.
• Demonstrated understanding of the international education sector, student recruitment lifecycle, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and recruitment management systems.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Experience in the international higher education or pathway education sectors is advantageous.
• Existing network within the education, counseling, or agent community in Southern Africa is a plus.
• Previous experience in a matrix or multinational organization is desirable.
• Knowledge of visa processes and international student mobility is preferred.
• Must have full working rights in Southern Africa.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
