This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture strategic customer relationships through scheduled visits, continuous engagement, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with RNAMs and customer stakeholders to gain insights into business plans, project scope, and renovation trends.
• Persuade stakeholders across various organizational levels with solution-focused strategies.
• Engage in sales calls to enhance relationships, pinpoint growth opportunities, and eliminate obstacles.
• Evaluate business strategies impacting growth and financial performance and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Promote teamwork among cross-functional teams and vertical leaders while sharing best practices.
• Oversee and guide a sales team to achieve sales and profit objectives within the territory.
• Create sales and marketing initiatives and establish both short- and long-term sales strategies.
• Design and execute sales and customer retention initiatives.
• Organize, forecast, and report on sales activities and competitive pricing strategies.
• Supervise daily operations of sales representatives.
• Define and enhance sales processes and methodologies.
• Review reports to uncover opportunities for territory sales and revenue growth.
• Spend time in the field with customers and internal partners to address escalated issues.
• Manage and develop direct reports, including outside sales and specialized product sales teams.
• Assess performance, identify high-potential candidates, and coach and develop the team.
• Must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Familiarity with facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and others.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
• Experience in consultative or solution selling is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a remote work setting.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience required.
• Experience in renovations is a plus.
• Must operate a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle for more than 20% of the average work week.
• A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required.
• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related field.
• Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related domain.
• Certification may be required.
• An advanced degree may compensate for less experience in specific disciplines.
• Typically requires overnight travel exceeding 50% of the time.
• Company vehicle or personal vehicle operation is necessary for this position.
