This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Take ownership of the Business Assurance strategy, performance, and growth initiatives across the U.S. and Canada.
• Establish and pursue key business objectives, KPIs, and financial goals.
• Create and implement market growth strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities within the market.
• Maintain responsibility for the Area P&L, approximately 520 MNOK.
• Lead the budget planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Promote operational excellence, resource optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, and growth of organizational capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and timely.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on processes, systems, and best practices.
• Provide market insights and recommendations for strategy, service development, and commercial priorities.
• Enhance the Business Assurance brand presence across the U.S. and Canada.
• Report directly to the Regional Manager, Americas.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector.
• Extensive leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and operational outcomes.
• Proven capability in managing a P&L and guiding large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in driving organizational change, transformation, and market growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management proficiency.
• Results-driven leader with a customer-centric and practical approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
• Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage organizational change effectively.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating market intelligence into actionable plans.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Capacity to drive digital transformation and utilize technology effectively.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
• Experience in managing budgets, resources, and organizational priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to implement strategic initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
