Area Installation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Supporting the customer journey throughout the installation job lifecycle.

• Executing technical assessments, evaluating existing conditions, and verifying product compliance.

• Performing Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to evaluate work quality and conducting checks on service provider credentials.

• Ensuring the installation experience aligns with THD standards and addressing customer concerns.

• Making necessary decisions to avert cycle-time delays and overseeing the resolution of open services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment test if required.

• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.

• Previous experience in managing residential home improvement installation projects.
