Area Facility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee facility management throughout the North Rhine-Westphalia region.

• Ensure all existing restaurants maintain continuous operational readiness and optimal technical condition.

• Collaborate with technical departments, property owners, government agencies, and insurance providers.

• Oversee and coordinate technical processes and solutions.

• Carry out technical inspections and audits to guarantee compliance with legal standards, including building and fire safety regulations.

• Analyze profit and loss statements related to equipment and building maintenance.

• Create action plans aimed at enhancing performance in partnership with operational business teams.

• Introduce innovations in facility management and technical optimization solutions.

• Assist in cross-functional projects by providing technical expertise.

• Deliver prompt, cost-effective, and high-quality facility management support for all brands.

• Manage framework agreements with local suppliers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction engineering (certified construction manager qualification is a plus).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally as a project manager or facility manager.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with standards, regulations, and building codes.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams).

• Knowledge of accounting, budget oversight, and risk assessment.

• Strong planning capabilities.

• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
