This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead the territory managers and field clinical specialists to meet commercial and financial objectives.
• Propel commercial strategy and foster business growth throughout South East France.
• Oversee financial performance, including sales and operating expenditures, as well as planning processes.
• Manage the talent pipeline, make people leadership decisions, structure the organization, and allocate resources.
• Function effectively within complex commercial and clinical settings.
• Exhibit strategic customer engagement and proficient account management.
• Apply knowledge in Regulatory, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and C-suite interactions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Participate in sales meetings and company-led training sessions.
• Attend national and international medical/scientific congresses.
• Collaborate with the THV France Leadership Team and colleagues across France, Europe, and Global Headquarters.
• Represent the region in strategic accounts, business performance, major projects, structural decisions, and contractual agreements.
• Execute additional incidental duties as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferably economics or engineering).
• At least 15 years of sales experience, with a robust record of driving growth and meeting targets.
• Previous experience in sales and people management for a minimum of 6 years, with a proven ability to create and lead high-performing sales teams.
• Significant experience in the medical devices industry.
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology therapy and market is advantageous.
• Fluency in Financials, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory matters.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives as well as both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within hospitals.
• Proven ability to engage and cultivate relationships with KOLs.
• Native French speaker with fluency in English.
• Primary location in Rhône-Alpes, PACA, Occitanie.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on the needs of the territory.
