Area Director, Partnerships Team

📋 Description

• Oversee Talkiatry’s Partnerships Activation team within the Midwest region

• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate high-achieving Provider Partnerships Managers

• Mentor and enhance talent through on-site visits, market coaching, performance evaluations, and hands-on training

• Foster a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement

• Recognize market opportunities, establish commercial priorities, and influence regional strategy

• Achieve referral, growth, and regional performance targets

• Lead executive partnerships with healthcare systems and strategic provider organizations

• Collaborate across Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams

• Implement best practices, disseminate knowledge, nurture leaders, and elevate the overall performance of the Partnerships organization

• Expand provider referral partnerships to connect patients with timely and quality mental health care


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in leading commercial, sales, business development, or partnership teams

• Experience ideally within healthcare or related organizations

• Proven track record in hiring, training, and managing high-performing, quota-bearing field teams

• Experience in formulating regional or market growth strategies and account plans

• History of achieving ambitious commercial objectives

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with strategy, analytics, or sales operations teams to enhance commercial performance

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, or Ohio

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer options may be discussed during the application process
